Hey folkaroonies, did I tell you that I loved you?

We've made a little dance track that will hopefully inspire you all out there to dirty dance the night away, whilst mouthing the lyrics to your partner on the dance floor enough times that they eventually get the message and fall hopelessly in love with you, and it'd all be down to the magical moment that this song helped create ... Ok, maybe that's a bit soppy / going off on a tangent or way over the top, yeah, yeah, I know, whateva ... I just hope you like it ;0)

The song is called
'I Said I Love You One Time.mp3' and as always, comments are welcome.

Singing the truth!

This is one of the first products of the Michael Forrest / Lina collaboration ... well kind of in collaboration - more like me singing over Michael's instrumental using LOTS of words (way more than would usually be tolerated in any song that has his name against it! ;0) Honestly speaking, at the time I was kind of trying to woo MF into helping me produce something cool, something musically cool.

Anyway, this song was recorded quite late at night with my neighbours banging down, getting upset ... so naturally, I turned all the knobs available down and sang really quietly... and now the song is so quite, practically no one can hear it ;0(

I do have a plan to sort this out and re-record the vocals again, but I keep getting really excited with the new stuff we're working on, so I don't ever seem to get round to it.

Anyway, if you fancy having a listen, here's
Sing the truth .mp3

Enjoy.

Hello darkly euphoric world!

I'm fully immersed in all the pre-Christmas excitement ... so, I'm not going to waffle on for too long. I shall simply ask you to have a listen to a 'choon' that was produced by the great Michael Forrest with me on vocals as well as in the capacity of lyric creator, well most of them anyway ;0)

Listen to
Dark Euphoria.mp3

I hope you like it, Dark Euphoria's basically a story about annoying men that can't/won't commit for whatever reason ... not that I'm bitter or anything! I believe that you live and you learn, and I find that usually these experiences are a good
foundation for a song. So there you have it, first hand proof that every cloud has a silver lining.

So, have you listened to the song yet? What do you think? Let me know - I'm particularly interested in vast quantities of praise ;0)

Seriously now, I'm off. Take care.
